The Type XL Woolley Rotary Slip is designed for heavy loads and has proved remarkably effective in holding true alignment under loads in excess of 28,500 feet of pipe. It has an exceptionally wide and deep support area or slip back for maximum contact with extended-taper bowls in the master bushing on pin-type rotary drives. The Type XL Woolley Rotary Slip has a 16” gripping surface with 24 inserts. Type XL Woolley Rotary Slip slips are quality, heat treated steel construction and are manufactured to API specifications.
